happybirthday2Climbers is one of the groups of the Joint Sunday Club for St Andrew's and St Peter's young people which meets in the Parish Room below St Andrew's Church during the 10.30 service every Sunday, with the exception of weeks when we hold an "All-Age" Service. These are generally held on the second Sunday of every month although this pattern is sometimes altered, especially around Mother's Day and Easter.

Climbers is for children aged 3 – 7 years of age. We enjoy a lively programme aimed at showing God’s love for each of us. We sing songs, play games, listen or act out Bible stories and do craft and activity work, enabling the children to learn how the Bible is relevant to their lives today.

hilaryfadeThe session starts when the children arrive from the St Andrew's service, which is normally about 10.50 (the children are with their parents or carers for the first 20 minutes of the service at St Andrew's or St Peter's). The end of the session is timed to coincide with the end of the St Andrew’s service and children are collected direct from the Parish Room.

If you would like your child to join Climbers please come to the 10.30am Sunday Service at either church. The Vicar or Minister will announce the time for the children to go to their respective Sunday Clubs. Feel free to accompany your child if you feel they need you to be present.
